If you thought this was going to be a port of the PC-Engine game, you were dead wrong. Instead, it's a doujin game starring catgirls in different outfits who face off against each other in matches that rip off Battle Skin Panic. You have punch cards, kick cards, healing cards, defense cards, and strip cards to make your character take something off to increase her fighting ability, as well as cards that, just like Battle Skin Panic, increase your opponent's shame to potentially render her too shy to defend herself. The loser, despite her state of dress at the end of the fight, is forced to pose nude. There is very little to relate this game to Street Fighter II save for some sounds that were ripped from the game.
