You challenge girls to a Donjyara game using tiles of a theme unique to each girl, most having to to with fetishwear. Successfully going out nets you a little funding and gives you the chance to make the girl dress up in a costume which she must expose herself in and oftentimes masturbate to orgasm while wearing; this varies depending on the hand you go out with and the tiles give examples of the costumes you get her to dress up (or down) in. Running her out of funds unlocks new options of what to humiliate her in for certain prices; once you have exhausted those, all you get is a kiss and sent back to the title screen. For some reason there is also an ever-present cup of ramen noodles and wild cards that look like crowns with penises.
