Unlike the title suggests, there isn't really a racing element to the game except for the board on which you move an F-1 racecar. You start by picking from a selection of car tiles for a power-up, and then move your car by winning mahjongg matches, which involve both a girl stripping at the table and the gradual undressing of girls featured in scrolling pictures. Your character is also stripped if she loses.
