As the plucky diver character Gonta travelling Japan, you dive beneath the surface of the area while avoiding gangsters, mines, and other hazards to reveal the picture of the girl, who progressively loses clothes as you pass each stage. Occasionally the girl also offers mini-games which allow you to see more of her without passing a stage if you perform well enough. This game saw a similar release worldwide called Lady Killer which had full nudity.
