You play as a doctor who I'm guessing is either a midget or a whiz kid, who goes from place to place to "examine" girls in various costumes. Each girl you encounter will ask you a series of quiz questions, and you must get a certain number right in order for her to strip and pose for you. Between stages, however, you're also quizzed by rival doctors and must answer their questions correctly to get them to leave you alone. Like most arcade quiz games, as long as you keep pumping in coins, you can keep trying.
