A mahjongg game with an all-miko cast. You play as the blue-haired priestess pictured in the title, challenging other mikos to mahjongg games. After several rounds, if your score is above theirs, you can select penalties for your opponent which involve either exposing their breasts, stripping naked, or being subjected to bukkake. For some reason, you can challenge the same character as your own, and you aren't given penalties if you lose. A mini-game is included in which you play Janken against the Tinkle Bell mascot, Alice, and dictate what she takes off if you win. The mahjongg game is average in difficulty, but the number of rounds is often very many before a winner is decided unless you or your opponent run out of funds.

* - This game comes from a company that seems to love girls with rockets in their pockets. I didn't notice any in this game, but I never completely finished it, so that isn't to say there isn't at least one miko in here with a pestle and two extra prayer beads beneath her chihaya, if you get my drift.
