Returning as the perverted teacher from the first game, you wander the school and the immediate environment looking for girls to play against in mahjongg matches. As with the first game, depending on how many yaku your winning hands are worth, a meter will fill, and though the girls strip as you claim mahjonggs, you can only view them topless if you manage to get the meter to level 3 within three rounds. Although there are some animations in this game, it lacks the animated strip scenes of the first.
