Set in a futuristic city, Liberty puts you in the role of a boy hero out to rescue his girl from the clutches of beautiful women who have kidnapped her in the middle of a date. You confront each girl in Arkanoid-style Breakout matches, with the girl stripping an article of clothing for every stage you pass; the last stage for each girl pits you against a robotic boss monster. Although at times the game can be tricky, you get unlimited continues at each stage. The graphics make me think this game also had a PC-88 release, but I haven't seen it if that's the case.
