A yakyuken game with three girls to choose from. One of the girls uses the variation of the game where the winner must guess the direction the opponent will look; the other girls use a normal version and strip when you win enough games. Defeating each girl causes her to masturbate for you. Not very challenging as the girls seem to randomly choose their options and often pick the same thing four or five times in a row, meaning oftentimes you can beat the other two girls just by hitting the same choice over and over again.
