Barely a strip game but one nonetheless. You play hanafuda against a miko, who strips as you clear rounds; unfortunately, the girl is only shown to her shoulders, so nudity is mostly implied. The game is fairly difficult, though it highlights what cards you can play. It also insists on being the top window, making it troublesome to try and multitask with.
