As near as I can figure it, this takes place in a prison where girls dress up in costumes and caddy for the prisoners on the golf course. Each girl has her own miniature golf course and completing it at or under par or acquiring a total of 10 points causes the warden to force her to strip an article of clothing. The game's angle system is a bit of a hassle, but it offers you unlimited tries.
