A Qix game with the girls from To Heart 2, though not a sequel in and of itself. Much as in Gals Panic, initial stages require you to use your cursor to draw boxes to reveal the picture of the girl while avoiding the boss and its attacks. First, she will strip, then later stages she will perform sexual acts. The difficulty varies by stage and by the girl you're playing to screw; as you advance, the bosses get crazier with their attacks and the game becomes almost impossible, even with the inclusion of power-ups you can buy.
