A girl you met in an alley has been kidnapped by some gangsters, so you set out to rescue her by... playing strip mahjongg against girls in seedy parlors. This is probably the early predecessor to the Elf All-stars Datsui-jan games in terms of format, but as to the mahjongg games themselves, I'm uncertain whether to say whether they're extremely difficult or that the game cheats. For example, I've never known a mahjongg game where a draw means you lose 12000 points.
