A girl finds a mad doctor stuffed in a garbage can, who kidnaps her and turns her into a cyborg. He then sends her off to play strip mahjongg with other girls at different locations. (Don't ask me how it makes sense.) Strip scenes are included both for the player character and the opponent, with the condition of claiming a mahjongg to make the opponent strip. Although the artwork is nice, the modesty makes things a bit tame for a strip mahjongg game with an all-female cast. A notable difference between the PC-88 and PC-98 versions is that the PC-88 version starts you off with various power-ups, while the PC-98 version requires you to purchase them from the shop on the map screen.
